staff and rooms perfectly suited our needs. the rooms with balcony and ac. we appreciated the location and being next to a tube station.

Simple place, fine rooms, brilliant location. Huge suite and exceptionally comfortable bed. They made my stay decent. Easy check-in & good service.

Would definitely recommend it, good value. It's unique base for sightseeing and exploring Bilbao. They offer a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a work desk in the rooms.
